Eliza Prendzov is a global business leader with over 20 years of experience across finance, asset management, consulting, and international partnerships. She is the Founder and CEO of Prend Capital where she advises clients on impact investing, sustainability, and capital markets strategy. Eliza also serves as President of the American Balkan Global Chamber of Commerce, a New York–based organization that fosters trade and economic cooperation between the United States, the Balkans, and global markets.

Her career began in public service, with roles at the OSCE, the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before she moved into finance at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in New York.

Eliza is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University American College Skopje, holds a Master of International Affairs in Finance and Banking from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), and earned a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. She has lived and worked in New York since 1994.
